VUCA is an acronym for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity!

Though this terminology was originally used in armed forces communication, slowly it found its way into corporate conversations and now has gained currency in the common parlance also!

How to navigate through ever present VUCA world?

     Yes, it is true, accept it                                         Voila

 

Uncertainty -             

     it is also cause for innovation                               Urekha!

 

Complexity -   

      well, innovation finds a way out of it                    Celebrate

 

Ambiguity –            

 what brings clarity is                                                 Awareness
