Over the past 25 years, Dinesh has been a prominent figure in the Global Capability Centres (GCCs) industry in India. He has held leadership roles at renowned financial organizations such as GE Capital (Genpact, formerly GECIS), BNY Mellon, and Marsh McLennan. His exemplary leadership as the Chief Executive Officer of the BNY Mellon India Operations Centre (2011–2018) and Marsh McLennan Global Services (MMGS) (2018–2025) has been transformative. Under his stewardship, both organizations more than doubled their multi-city operations in India, delivering exceptional outcomes in efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
As a leader, Dinesh has consistently demonstrated his ability to build high-performing teams, nurture a culture of inclusivity and excellence, and steer organizations through complex transformations. His strategic vision and operational acumen have earned him recognition as a thought leader in the GCC space.
